Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

This is a take and bake pizza place. They have plenty of options available. Including $10.99 any large pizza on the menu plus a create your own with up to 5 toppings on Tuesdays. They have salads and dessert options.

Fresh, consistently good food over the 7 years I've frequented this Papa Murphy's location. The main entree they sell is pizza. They make the dough and put the ingredients on the pizza. You take the pizza home and bake it. They also have cookie dough and salads. I would give them 5+ stars on the freshness of the salads. Caesar Salad is my favorite. There is usually one in the open fridge when I walk in, so I grab it, pay, and I'm out the door. Rarely is there a line at the time of day I typically visit.

Have always had a good experience until today. Went in and asked to order 2 pizza bowls. The person at the register rudely said “they had no idea what I was talking about” before I could explain what I meant they said “oh, you mean our crustless keto pizza bowl?” It was rude. You knew what I meant, just because I didn’t call it exactly what it was on the menu. If you don’t like your job then don’t work there. Not sure if I’ll be back if that’s how customers will be spoken to.

The guy who did our delivery (after we paid for it plus tip) was uncomfortable ans nervous about the delivery….don’t offer delivery for a fee if your people can handle it and don’t know how to interact with homeowners appropriately

Worst service ever, Very rude If you dont like working there. Why even bother
